A beautiful meeting during my trip.

My energy session with Áine was a real journey. From the start, I felt trust and safety, and this feeling stayed until the end.

Energy healing gives you what you need at that moment, and Áine felt my needs perfectly. My past emotions were released. My pelvis moved by itself, and I felt peaceful. Áine found the blocks that were still in my body.

I have aphantasia. I see no pictures in my mind, only black. Áine worked on my third eye, and I saw purple waves moving. It was amazing for me !

Two weeks before, I had hurt my ankle, and I still felt a tight band around it. This feeling disappeared during the session. In the next days, my ankle felt much better.

Áine is professional and full of joy. I highly recommend her energy healing.

This was my first energy healing session, and I went in with an open mind and no expectations. Áine guided me beautifully through the process and made me feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease from the very beginning.

The experience turned out to be truly special, taking me on a journey where I could feel energy, see colours and images, and feel the presence of loved ones. It was a beautiful opportunity to experience something completely new, and I'm so grateful to have shared it with someone who made me feel so safe and open.

Meeting Aine in Rishikesh was one of those unexpected experiences that stays with you.

After listening patiently to what I had been going through, Aine suggested a healing session, and I decided to experience it for myself. I went into the session carrying a lot of thoughts, emotions and mental heaviness, without really knowing what to expect.

What touched me most was the sense of calm that came over me. For a while, I wasn't thinking about what had happened, what might happen next, or trying to find answers to everything. I was simply present, listening and feeling.

By the end of the session, I felt noticeably lighter, calmer and deeply relaxed. It felt as though I had finally given my mind permission to pause.

I wouldn't describe the experience as something that magically solved everything. Rather, it gave me something I genuinely needed at that moment — stillness, peace and a chance to reconnect with myself.

I'm grateful to Aine for creating such a safe, peaceful and beautiful space and for guiding me through an experience I will remember for a long time.

Thank you, Aine, for the healing energy, the vibrations, the calmness and, most importantly, for reminding me how powerful it can be to simply pause and be present.

I had a beautiful energy healing session with Áine. From the moment I arrived, she created such a comfortable and peaceful space, so I could fully relax into the moment.

Throughout the session, I could feel certain areas where I'd been holding tension just dissolve away, discovering after that Áine knew exactly what I'd been dealing with. It was such a lovely experience that I didn't want it to end!

I was sick with food poisoning and was very weak. Áine kindly did a session with me.

She was so intuitive. She sensed how I was feeling in my body and removed my stomach ache. I felt so much better after and had more energy.

She also picked up emotional issues I was feeling without me sharing anything with her. I could feel her working on my 3rd eye. She's very atuned.

She made me feel very comfortable and safe. I have recommended her to a number of friends of mine and they have gone back for a 2nd session as they also found her very supportive physically and emotionally.

Just wanted to thank you again for the energy healing session I had with you.

I had been having really tough days, and during the session, I felt as if something heavy was just flying away.

After the session, I was supposed to get an e-bicycle on the other side of the island and drive it all the way back for the first time. It was so surprising that I could do it with ease, and I understand that it was because of the session that morning.

After talking with a friend about some hard things, she gave me Áine's contact. I was a little hesitant as I had never had distant healing before and was unsure how it would work.

From the beginning of contact, Áine was a beautiful light source and I was in awe after our first session together. Everything I felt she had felt, I had never had someone be so in tune and I have tried many different retreats, healings and reiki over the years.

My head felt clear for the first time in as long as I can remember and it was like the weight of the world off my shoulders. I was unsure if our next session would be as powerful but it was a truly enlightening experience.

I honestly can't recommend a distance healing session with Áine enough.

We did the session over FaceTime, with me in Ireland and her in Thailand, and even though we were thousands of miles apart, I felt completely held and supported throughout.

She used cards and stones and intuitively tuned into my chakras and what I had been holding onto. A big part of the session was working on my self-worth and helping me reconnect with my own power.

During the session I felt incredibly relaxed, and I experienced some really beautiful sensations in my body, particularly around my stomach and left arm. I was also able to picture my inner child and send her love, which was such a powerful and emotional experience for me. It felt like I was in a really safe, protective space where I could just let go.

What really surprised me was how different I felt afterwards. For the day that followed, I felt lighter, calmer and much more grounded. The anxiety and overthinking I had been experiencing around particular relationship seemed to lift, and I genuinely felt like I had found my power again.

For me, the biggest gift was being reminded that I already have so much within me — I just needed some help reconnecting with it.
